Screening Process:

Household income should be approximately [2.5] times the monthly rent for the portion that the Tenant is responsible for paying, unless supported by an approved housing voucher or subsidy program. "Acceptable income sources."

We understand that many Tenant’s face unique life circumstances. Screening is conducted with consideration and fairness.  Credit will be reviewed for rental-related debt and payment history. $35 Application Fee.  Applicants with prior housing challenges are encouraged to apply and discuss circumstances with our leasing staff. Positive rental history is preferred but not required.    

Applicants without prior rental history may qualify with program support or additional documentation. Prior evictions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Criminal background screening is conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local  housing laws. Certain offenses may require additional review.
